Earlier today, chef Jonathon Sawyer officially re-opened his fast-casual restaurant Noodlecat at Crocker Park Shopping Center in Westlake with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Sawyer prepared a special menu for a couple of contest winners and said he has been "overwhelmed" by the response since Noodlecat starting serving food earlier this week.
