The Cleveland Institute of Art Cinematheque celebrates the 50th anniversary of the San Francisco-based Canyon Cinema with tonight's program, Continuum, named after Dominic Angerame's silent, black-and-white city portrait from 1987. Tonight's selection of films also includes Bay Area filmmaker Karen Holmes' late 1970s landscape and performance film and Los Angeles' effects artist and filmmaker Pat O'Neill's 1973 short, Down Wind. Tickets are $11, or $8 for Cinematheque members and students. (Niesel)
