Rocking for a Reason

When: Tue., May 20 2014
Cleveland acts the Ohio Weather Band, Megan Zurkey, Techn!color, Thr33s Company and Tori Groves perform tonight at 7 at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum as part of a benefit concert organized by Shaker Heights High School sophomore Maisie Hanley. The goal is to raise awareness of Down syndrome, and all proceeds will be donated to the Up Side of Downs organization. Tickets cost $20 for adults and $10 for students and children under 12. The main exhibit hall will be open and attendees can participate in a silent auction as they learn more about the accomplishments of people with Down syndrome and the local organization. (Niesel)
