On a late-spring evening at Club Underground's Jazz Thursdays, the air is as cool as the sultry sax sounds of Russell Thompson & the Free Agent Band. To help you get into the vibe, the Public Square nightspot also pours $4 drink specials and spreads out free food during happy hour. And if you're into people-watching, you might spot an on-air personality from Cleveland's smooth-jazz radio station, 107.3-FM WNWV, or, as devoted listeners call it, "the Wave." Jazz it up from 6 to midnight tonight at Club Underground, 75 Public Square. Admission is $5. Call 216-310-0015.
