There is no shortage joints slinging tacos in the name of Taco Tuesday, but the Oak Barrel Brassier & Taphouse in Independence manages to rise above the fray. Each week, talented chef Demetrios Atheneos devises a unique taco menu that features $2 pork and chicken tacos and $3 specialty tacos. Fillings run the gamut from vegan unicorn to Yucatan BBQ pork.
