The 19 Best Places to Get a Drink Before Noon in Cleveland

Day drinking is having a moment, especially with the whole "Sunday Funday" trend taking over Instagram. However, there are plenty of Cleveland institutions that have been celebrating the hallowed tradition of day drinking long before you were probably born. These 19 spots open anywhere from 5:30 a.m. (the earliest Ohio liquor law allows to start serving) to 11 a.m.  Cheers!
