You can see paintings by Vincent Van Gogh and Pablo Picasso in Cleveland for free. In other cities you'll have to pay to go to museums housing artworks of this caliber, Not in Cleveland. The University Circle building and surrounding grounds are incredible, too. You'll feel fancy for no money at all.
