The Age Factor: Bridging the Generation Gap at Work

When: Mon., Oct. 26, 2-4 p.m. 2015
Phone: 216-447-0160
There are four distinct and different generations in the workforce today; as a result, job seekers are competing with people of all different ages for the same job who bring varying levels of experience and skills. This workshop will help you understand how different generations define work, how they may have differing values, distinguishing characteristics and assets. Also learn how understanding these differences can help you better communicate across the generations and become a better colleague, manager or co-worker. Call the Independence Library at 216-447-0160 to register.
