The Apostate

When: Thu., Dec. 8 2016
A Spanish graduate student struggles to sever his ties with the Catholic Church in The Apostate, the latest drama from director Federico Veiroj (A Useful Life). The clerical bureaucracy, however, proves to be so Kafkaesque that he begins to lose his mind trying to extricate himself. Tickets are $10, $7 for students and Cinematheque members. (Niesel)
