The Evil Dead I and II

In the classic Sam Raimi film, Evil Dead, five vacationing college students at a remote cabin in the woods unwittingly unleash murderous demons. The film launched the career of cult actor Bruce Campbell. Tonight at 6:50 and tomorrow at 4:15 p.m., the Cleveland Institute of Art Cinematheque shows a 35-mm print of the movie. It's part of a double feature; tonight at 8:35 and tomorrow night at 6:30, the Cinematheque will also show a new 4-K restoration of The Evil Dead II. Ticket prices are on the Cinematheque website.
