The Fixers: Stories from a Greater Cleveland

When: Thu., June 16 2016
A collaborative public art project and film series about the democratic process, the documentary film The Fixers: Stories from a Greater Cleveland centers on public policy and examines who will “tell Cleveland’s story” during the 2016 Republican National Convention. Fixers — “well-networked locals who work for social and economic equity” — talk about how public policy impacts urban America. Tonight at 6:30 in the Tinkham Veale University Center, the Social Justice Institute of Case Western Reserve University presents a free screening of the movie. Tim Black, associate professor of sociology and Social Justice Institute leadership team member, interviews the film’s subjects. (Niesel)
