The Horror, The Horror

When: Fri., Oct. 4 2013
A three-day festival that “celebrates the drive-in era of horror and sci-fi,” Cinema Wasteland kicks off today at 5 p.m. at the Holiday Inn in Strongsville. Adjust Your Tracking, a documentary about the strange cult of videocassette collectors, screens today as does Incredible Melting Man and a slew of other B-movie classics. Guests attending the festival include people like Black Devil Doll from Hell writer-director Chester Turner and Centerfold Girls star Janus Blythe. Porn star Seka will make a rare appearance, too. The promoters promise some 62 hours worth of programming. Single day tickets are $20 and 3-day passes are $50. Go to or call 440-891-1920 for more info. (Niesel)
