This film about a young man who tries to reclaim his parents' Victorian mansion in San Francisco centers on issues of poverty and gentrification. It received wide acclaim when it had its theatrical release earlier this year. It screens at 9:10 tonight and at 6:30 tomorrow night at the Cleveland Institute of Art Cinematheque.
