The Latin Crew has performed at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Columbus Latino Festival, nightclubs and many other venues and is considered one of the region’s premier salsa bands. The Latin Crew was founded in 1999 by Noël Quintana, also known as “Mr. Conga,” a Cleveland-based Puerto Rican percussionist, band leader and researcher. Quintana attended the Harbor Conservatory for the Performing Arts in the Museo del Barrio where he studied Afro-Cuban and Afro-Puerto Rican styles as well as contemporary urban salsa. This concert is part of Baldwin Wallace's World Music Series; it's FREE and open to the public.
