Parma native Kenneth Zak will be reading and signing copies of his debut novel, The Poet’s Secret - an island tale filled with mystical sea turtles, sunken treasure and a young woman’s search for a reclusive poet and his mysterious muse. Ken conceived of the novel on the Greek isle of Crete while on a three-year sabbatical from his career as a lawyer. The manuscript was selected as a Golden Heart® Award finalist in romantic suspense by Romance Writers of America. A portion of the proceeds from the book go to the Surfrider Foundation and 1% For the Planet.
