Chagrin Falls is the regional capital of quaintness. And we're not sure it gets any more quaint than building an exact replica of a British cottage (8061 Chagrin Road). That's what the owners built in 1929, when they copied a British home that they loved. Only two families have lived in it in the almost 100 years its been around. It can be yours for $650,000.
