A locally based independent emo/alternative band, This Summer celebrates the release of its full-length debut, Liminal Space, with tonight's show at the Beachland Tavern. The album revolves around the concept of trauma and substance abuse. The band recorded the LP partially in studio sessions with Steve Perrino (Heart Attack Man, the Safest Ledge) and partially at its home studio in Bedford Heights. Mr. Princess and Rusted Hearts open. Doors are at 7.
