Through the Olive Trees

When: Fri., Oct. 25 2019
Through the Olive Trees centers on a bricklayer who stars in a movie being shot in an earthquake-ravaged Iranian village. He falls in love with his nonprofessional co-star, but she refuses to talk to him because of his lower station in life. The film represents the conclusion to Kiarostami's Koker Trilogy. It screens today at 7 p.m. at the Cleveland Museum of Art. (Niesel)
