Tracking Trends

When: Sat., March 7 2015
At 1 p.m. today, the Artists Archives of the Western Reserve continues its series of lectures examining current trends in the art market with a special presentation by Antiques Roadshow and History Detective celebrity Wes Cowan. Cowan will discuss the current state of the art market from the auction perspective and specifically how the Internet has changed the auction world. Since leaving academia in 1995, Cowan has taken his business from a one-man shop into a nationally renowned business with $20 million in annual sales. Collecting Art: State of the Art Market is free, but reservations are recommended. Reserve your spot through or call AAWR directly. (Usmani)
