Tristan Thompson Sold His Lakeside Mansion in Bratenahl for $2.5 Million

Beloved fan favorite and longtime key cog in the Cavs' front court, Tristan Thompson departed from Cleveland in the offseason for a contract with the Boston Celtics. With the professional move comes a real estate move as Thompson listed the lakeside mansion (120 Lakehurst Dr.) he shared with Khloe Kardashian and their child for $3.25 million. It has a dynamite kitchen and a wine cellar and spectacular Lake Erie views and otherwise is the sort of blank slate luxury home ready for someone to put their personal touch on. With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and an in-law suite, there's plenty of room for your whole crew. And it just sold, after months on the market, for a bit under asking price at $2.5 million. Let's take a tour.

Linda Musarra of Chestnut Hill Realty was the listing agent.
