Victoria Price’s Learning to See: Postcards from the Road

When: Sat., June 10 2017
Last year, the Good Goat Gallery celebrated the life and work of legendary filmmaker and actor Vincent Price with an art exhibition and special themed dinner at Luxe Kitchen & Lounge. The celebration even brought Price’s daughter Victoria to Cleveland. This week, author, art collector and inspirational speaker Victoria Price returns to Cleveland for her own exhibition at the Good Goat Gallery, a presentation at the Cleveland Museum of Art and another Vincent Price-themed dinner at Luxe. Victoria Price’s Learning to See: Postcards from the Road showcases Price’s photographs from her journeys from 2011 to 2017. Learning to See opens with a reception from 6 to 10 tonight and remains on view through July 15. Price will be in the gallery for the reception, and the Burning River Roller Derby skaters will be bartending to raise funds for their league. Refreshments include a “Pink Tonic” in honor Victoria’s famous father. In conjunction with Learning to See, the gallery also hosts a Six Degrees of Vincent “side show” with Vincent Price-themed artwork. All works from Six Degrees of Vincent may be taken home immediately, and new works will be added throughout the exhibition. Admission is free. (Usmani)
