Christmas carols appeal to people of all ages. That's the concept behind tonight's Carols for the Quire from the Old and New World scheduled to take place at 7:30 at Trinity Cathedral. Now in its fifth year, the event featuring the locally based Quire Cleveland includes both contemporary and old-time Christmas carols. Expect to hear Medieval carols, Renaissance motets and songs from Finland, Germany and France. The program repeats at 7:30 tomorrow night and at 3 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $7 to $30. (Niesel)
