Voices of the Heights: A Conversation with Suzanne Nigro, Avery Friedman & Kathryn Eloff

Heights Community Congress invites you to join this conversation as we look back to be inspired for the work ahead of us. “Voices of the Heights” is a video project spearheaded by HCC to document the historical voices of the Heights. Participants in the lawsuit—housing activist and lawyer Suzanne Nigro, 2nd chair attorney on the case Kathryn Eloff, and noted civil rights lawyer Avery Friedman—will be interviewed by a Cleveland Heights High School student. Cameras will roll as they talk about the Hilltop Realty case and share their memories of the challenges Fair Housing advocates faced in the 70s.
