Wastin' Away Again

Parrotheads will flock to Slim & Chubby's tonight for Islands, Beaches, Boats, and Buffett, a tribute to the Margaritaville man himself.

You can count Danny Kiley of Brunswick Hills among the faithful planning to waste away to Jimmy Buffett songs played by the Happy Mon Band. "It's Parrotheads getting together to enjoy the music," he says. "Be ready to make some new friends and enjoy some of the best music you'll ever hear in Ohio."

For Kiley, it's almost as good as the real thing, especially after enjoying the piña coladas, strawberry daiquiris, and frozen margaritas served on the club's patio. "His music gives you an escape from the daily grind," says Kiley, who's followed Buffett's music ever since he attended his first show 14 years ago in Wisconsin. "If you're going to party with us, bring your Parrothead spirit and party with a purpose."
