Come join us to see where your pork products really come from and have a chance to ask the experts those questions you've been dying to ask. Western Reserve School of Cooking is hosting a Whisk event where you will experience the behind the scenes activity of butchering a pig. T.L. Keller Meats will bring in an 100 lb. half hog to demonstrate the art of butchering a hog and discuss the true farm to table process. WRSOC will also be serving a few tasty side treats based on Keller Meats products. Alcohol avail for purchase
