Yogathon

Zenworks Yoga will host a family-friendly Yogathon today at 9 a.m. at Merwin's Wharf. This year's format includes 40 minutes of tai chi, followed by 40 minutes of yoga. It ends with 15 minutes of guided meditation. There will be a Kids' Zone, and "experience partners" will offer a fun mix of wellness activities before and after the event. All money raised from the event will benefit Zenworks Yoga, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing yoga and mindfulness to children and families in Cleveland. General admission tickets are $20 and include one raffle ticket. The $35 VIP ticket includes a Zenworks T-shirt and one raffle ticket.
