Brews + Prose, the reading series which cheerfully combines brews and writing, is coming to you live for National Poetry Month with — wait for it — brews and poetry. Tonight’s installment features two professors with national renown. David Baker is the author of 10 books of poetry, including 2009’s Never-Ending Birds, which won the Theodore Roethke Memorial Poetry Prize. He’s also appeared in every magazine you’ve ever heard of and chairs the writing program at Denison University. Linda Gregerson was a 2007 National Book Award finalist and a recent Guggenheim Fellow. She’s written five books of poetry and two books of criticism. She teaches creative writing at the University of Michigan. Tonight’s reading starts at 7 p.m. at Market Garden Brewery. (Allard)
