Burning Down Broadway/Shred Rot/Glow Pop Jiggly Jams/Exit Cleveland/Friendly Ghosts

The local pop-punk quartet Burning Down Broadway gained a following early on, thanks to heavy rotation on college and local radio stations, not to mention having songs featured on CBS Sports television programs. Singer Kevin McManus’s gritty vocals are perfect for the overall old-punk-rock feel of their freshman studio release, 2010’s Time is Money. Although the band’s forthcoming release, Los Gatos, is only its second full-length in ten years, if it gets anywhere near the hype that Time Is Money did, it will launch the band on a national level.
