Fabulous Food Show

The 11th annual Fabulous Food Show, which claims to be “the largest culinary celebration in the nation,” will offer the usual quotient of food-related programs as guests can “taste, try and buy” their way through an event that features a variety of live demonstrations as hundreds of companies showcase specialty foods, drinks and culinary gadgets. Highlights of this year's event, which takes place at the I-X Center, include appearances by local chef and host of ABC’s The Chew Michael Symon, Cake Boss Buddy Valastro, healthy living expert Daphne Oz, Chopped co-star Aarón Sanchez, chef/author/TV personality/brand ambassador/ fitness enthusiast Jason Roberts and cake designer Natalie Sideserf. Doors open today at 11 a.m., and the world’s largest daiquiri record will be attempted today at noon. The drink will be served throughout the weekend at a kiosk near the food court as well as during signature events.
