The International arts and crafts fair on Saturday, Dec. 1, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., is designed to promote the diversity and beauty of the many cultures within our community. More than 50 exhibitors are expected. Tri-C international business student Danay Johnson will be there selling Cambodian silk scarves and handbags through her business, Khmer Designs. Other exhibitors include the Ukrainian Womens League, an Iranian painter and artists from the Colleges Art Therapy program.
The event is a fundraiser for both the International club and the student government-run campus food bank.
