Men of Steel at the 620 Club

Did Magic Mike awaken something deep inside you? If the rock-hard bums and, um, creative costumes in that recent flick got you going, the Men of Steel are here to lend a hand. “These guys are very good-looking,” says Maggie Bourgault, general manager of the 620 Club, in what may be the understatement of the year. (The Cleveland-based troupe has been performing at the club every Saturday since ceding their former space in the Powerhouse to the new aquarium.) The Vegas-style revue is the city’s one and only, and has been making pulses race for more than a decade. Doors open at 9 p.m. and the clothes come off at 10. Bachelorette and birthday parties are welcome, and dudes can come join the fun after midnight. Cover is $12, and additional Saturday performances are scheduled through October.

Rustic Grill at StoneWater

Why we love it: The semi-private club welcomes both members and guests to its annual clambakes on Oct. 9 and 11 at 5 p.m. Indulge in the spot's unique twists on the classic seafood fare and sides.

Try this: The bake bodes a dozen middleneck clams, a cup of clam chowder, rolls with honey butter, braised red skin potatoes, lemon poppy seed and apple slaw, sweet corn, half a roasted chicken or 12-ounce strip steak and apple crumble ($49). Add a lobster tail or a dozen clams if you still have room. 1 Club Drive, Highland Heights, 440-461-4653, stonewatergolf.com
