An annual event, Roar Along the Shore proves the Goodtime III isn’t just a cheesy tourist trap. For this special event, some of the city’s coolest indie rock bands will perform at the boat drifts along the Cuyahoga River. The line-up includes up-and-coming indie rockers the Modern Electric, hardcore heroes Above This Fire, kooky cowpunks Whiskey Daredevils and indie darlings Herzog. The Stereo Workers Union and Seafair round out the bill. Tickets are $30. The boat leaves the dock at 8:30 p.m. (Niesel)
