Rockabilly Holiday with Johnny Fay & the Bel Aires and David Loy & the Ramrods

Local Hero Johnny Fay brings his band the Bel Aires to Wilbert's for his annual Rockabilly Holiday show. Fay and friends formed the band while they were students at Bedford High School in the late 1950s. Seeing a Cleveland Arena concert by Elvis, Scotty & Bill reportedly inspired Fay to put his own band together. Johnny and The Bel-Aires played local dances and record hops and never stopped. David Loy & the Ramrods open tonight's show, which takes place at 8:30 at Wilbert's. (Niesel)
