A professional 17-piece not-for-profit performance/education aggregation officially in residence in the Cleveland State University Black Studies Program. the Jazz Heritage Orchestra promises to help patrons “swing in the New Year” at tonight’s special show at the Bop Stop. The price of admission includes a glass of champagne and hors d'oeuvres. (Niesel)
