The Art Of Silk

Exhibition of exclusive silk artworks, crafted manually on Silk by technology known as "Batik" originating from ancient times. Created by the artist Irine Nazaretyan from Moscow, Russia , with rich experience in the different fields and techniques of arts. Advantage of silk is its lightness, softness, transparency, creating beautiful effects. Looking at the painted fabric through the light, it makes the effect of stained glass picture, or turn into a canvas due to its density. Batik possibilities are unlimited! Choosing fabric different composition, thicknesses and textures, shine, you can turn it to a many different purposes.
