Theatre of the Oppressed Workshop

Theatre of the Oppressed FREE Workshop trains participants to examine structural oppression, propose solutions, and activate bottom-up change, using theatre-based activities to involve audiences in suggesting actions and ideas. These activities lead to concrete actions that can be immediately applied in communities, schools, and organizations. The 26th focuses on the fundamentals of T.O., while the 27th focuses on application, culminating in a public event to put the training into action. Participants can come one or both days, depending on availability. Lunch is provided. For more information or to RSVP, contact Katherine Burke, 330-322-1236 or American Friends Service Committee, 330-928-2301; [email protected]
