Third Annual Jingle Jam with Jones for Revival/Winslow/Dave Hammer's Power Supply/The Bee's Trees

Now in its third year, Jingle Jam, a mini festival featuring regional bands, has grown into a two-day affair. Hosted by the Kent-based jam rock Aliver Hall (the group’s motto: “an anthemic array of original jam rock”), the show starts tonight with the Youngstown jazz/jam band the Bees Trees, Kent prog/jam rockers Dave Hammer’s Power Supply, Cleveland’s neo-soul outfit Winslow and the Youngstown jam band Jones for Revival. Aliver Hall headlines tomorrow night’s bill, which is rounded out by Cleveland jam rockers Yosemight, New Philadelphia esoteric rock/jam band the Stagecoach Robbery, and Toledo psychedelic funk band Boogie Matrix. Discount tickets are available to anyone who plans to attend both nights. (Jeff Niesel)
