Unity Spiritual Center Offers A Panel Discussion Entitled Navigating Unconscious Bias: How Our Automatic Thoughts Shape Our Reality
Unity Spiritual Center Westlake will offer a panel discussion, moderated by four professionals, on how cognitive bias creates a lens through which we view the world. They will discuss what cognitive bias is, what it is not, how to recognize it in ourselves and what, if anything, to do about it. Participants will learn how to become part of a solution to creating a more honest, open, and peaceful world by building an awareness in ourselves and others of ways to minimize the negative influences of cognitive bias.
