Say hello to the Chipotlane.
The Chipotlane — yes, the burrito company may be trying to distract from recent food-safety
concerns with a flashy portmanteau here — is basically a drive-though window with a twist: the ordering is all done online.
"You never have to get out of your car. You order from your app, pull up to the window and out comes Chipotle," CEO Brian Niccol
told USA Today.
There are currently nearly a dozen restaurants testing the concept nationwide, including the Concord Township
location, which has used the service for nearly six months. The Brooklyn location, at 10325 Cascade Crossing, is set to open a drive through soon.
