Crafted from fresh strawberry puree, Absolut Mandrin, Cointreau, and freshly squeezed lime juice, the $8.95 cocktail offers up what Helen Mackey, director of beverage strategy, calls "an amazing depth of strawberry sweetness — like a sun-ripened berry — balanced by a refreshing citrus touch." Speaking of beverage strategy, Mackey says the seasonal cocktail soon will be replaced by a Fall Apple Cosmo.
