Porco Lounge has reopened in Ohio City.

After what owner Stefan Was called “the longest soft reopening in history,” Porco Lounge and Tiki Room (2527 W. 25th St., 216-802-9222) – at long last – is officially open for business. The hours of operation are 5-11 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday and 4 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.

The immensely popular tiki bar has been closed to the public since March 2020. Over the past few months, the Ohio City spot has been host to a handful of private events. But management was hesitant to remove the guardrails and open up the bar to a wider audience until a complete staff was hired and firmly in place.

For the time being there is no food service, but Was says that something delicious is in the works. Until then, guests are welcome to bring or order in their own food.

Also open is Addie's Cup Coffee Shop, which has set up shop on the patio bar. The hours for that operation are 5:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Saturday.
