We stopped by JACK Casino last night to test out the the newly-opened fast-casual restaurants, Stack'd and Nonna Pazza.
As
reported earlier this year, the casino cut ties with Michael Symon's B-Spot and Rocco Whalen's Rosie & Rocco's at the end of May when their leases expired.
Nonna Pazza is "a quaint Italian joint that serves made-to-order pasta dishes and create-your-own flatbreads, with all homemade ingredients and sauces made from scratch." While Stack’d, which is open 24/7, offers "outrageous hot sandwiches, street tacos, burgers and all-day breakfast options."
Diners of the second floor restaurants can select their meals at a kiosk ordering station.
