The food is excellent, and the locker facilities are first-rate. The south course is challenging, with sloping fairways, elevated approach shots, and a long, uphill par-3. The tee boxes are manicured like greens.

This 62-acre facility was once a gravel pit. Visitors to the park today would never know its past, as they enjoy the grassy slopes and wooded nature trail. Active recreation facilities in the form of football and softball fields are located in this park.

The Lester Rail Trail is the first example of conversion of a former rail corridor for public use to a bike/hike trail in Medina County. The trail extends 3.2 miles from Abbeyville Road to Lester Road in York Township.
The greens are fast, and precision shot-making is rewarded, since the course has a fair amount of water and many mature trees.

Skyland is one of Medina County's oldest public-golf courses. The course is always in great shape. Amenities are abundant, and the clubhouse is unique.

A nice break from the long, 18-hole efforts.

The site is crossed by a winding tributary of the Black River. A picnic shelter is available for reservation at this facility. Shady, wooded picnic grounds are located near the parking lot for your family's enjoyment.
