While actor Luke Perry was perhaps best known for his role on the hit TV show Beverly Hills 90210, Perry, who passed away on March 4, was also a film star.

To honor the Ohio native who was originally from Mansfield, the Capitol Theatre will screen the original film version of Buffy the Vampire Slayer that launched the cult TV series.

The screening takes place at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12. Along with Paul Reubens, Perry co-stars in the film.

Tickets are $6 and are on sale at the Capitol Theatre or online at clevelandcinemas.com.
