Two of Cleveland’s most soulful singers will co-headline a show at House of Blues’ Cambridge Room on Sunday.

Kristine Jackson, who opens the show at 9 p.m., broke into the local blues scene about ten years ago, playing trumpet behind other performers.

Eventually, she moved to the front of the stage with her guitar to lead KJBlues, a vehicle for her dynamic R&B vocals.

Despite a series of mysterious symptoms over the last couple of years that have left her fatigued much of the time, Robin Stone has continued to be active, releasing a new CD Bad Girl last year on her own label, SheLovesYou, and continuing to promote it while performing a busy schedule of live shows.

She’s established a high profile in the area over the last decade with her hybrid jazz/pop/soul compositions and her sleek, sultry delivery.

Tickets are $10 advance, $12 at the door. —Anastasia Pantsios
