It's been more than a year since Northeast Ohio heard from Racermason, so the organic-electronic sensation can be declared legally dead. Jonesin' fans can get their fix from 20goto10. This Akron quartet uses analog synths to spin sensual full-band electronica. With two more gigs a month, it could spark an industrial revival. Despite its gothic soul, Elizabeth is ultimately sophisticated pop that's intriguingly creepy. In "Don't Need to Sleep," when singer Sara Eugene offers to tuck you in, it feels like a vampire beckoning. And you feel like you'd be foolish to pass up the initiation.
