As the first multi-racial band with an openly gay front man, Boy George & Culture Club, which reunited in 2014, set many records when it emerged in the '80s as a New Wave force to be reckoned with and became the first band since the Beatles to have three Top Ten hits in America from a debut album.
Currently at work on its first new album in 20 years, the group has announced dates for a summer tour. The set list will include the band’s hits and a few new songs as well.
The group performs on Aug. 8 at
Hard Rock Live. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday.
