Flo Rida's face and name may be on the cover of Only One Flo (Part 1), but good luck picking out the Florida rapper and singer on his third album. Between the guest-heavy choruses, hip-hop cameos, and overpowering beats (from party producer David Guetta, among others), the star is all but buried in the busy mix. Not that you're missing much. Flo Rida got famous with a pair of massive club jams ("Low" and "Right Round") that emphasized hooks over personality. That divide is even more pronounced on the 27-minute Only One Flo (Part 1). A couple of cuts — "Turn Around (5, 4, 3, 2, 1)" and "Club Can't Handle Me" — manage to peek out from the haze, but this is mostly music for a crazy night out, from first drink to last call and pretty much everything in between. There's even a slow song, perfect for grinding against a shortie at midnight. — Michael Gallucci
