The lineup is robust, proving once again that Cellar Door is gainfully plugged into the main nerve of Cleveland's buzzing music community. If you want to catch some of Cleveland's best bands in one place on one weekend, the Cellar Door crew has you covered. This year's fest boasts The Lighthouse and The Whaler, Ohio Sky, Seafair, Captain Kidd, So Long Albatross, The Commonwealth, Thaddeus Anna Greene, NOMADS, and more.
“As a testament to the strength of the Cleveland music community, we decided not to book any bands from last year’s event with the exception of the artists on our label, to prove just how much is happening here," Cellar Door’s Justin Markert says. Last year’s festival featured the likes of The Modern Electric, Herzog, Bethesda, Nights, Humble Home and more. “We can’t say it enough: There is so much great music in this city and it’s our mission to do everything we can to get it into the eyes, ears, and consciousness of everyone in the Cleveland area and beyond.”
Sponsors include The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame + Museum, Jakprints, Cleveland Clothing Co., design company OKPants, and Jim Stewart Recording.
The full lineup and a host of details can be found at the fest's website. Tickets are $12 for a one-day pass and $20 for a two-day pass.
