Remember that Keith Emerson and Greg Lake concert that got canceled last week, 40 or so minutes after the show was supposed to start?

Of course you do. You've been defending their proggy crybaby egos all week.

The concert has been rescheduled for May 5 at Lakewood Civic Auditorium.

If you were supposed to be enjoying Emerson's super-sized keyboard solos last Thursday, your ticket is good for the new show.

A batch of new tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday at livenation.com, Ticketmaster locations and by phone (800.745.3000).

But if you're planning to go to the show, hire a babysitter/call off work the next day/buy $75 worth of pot at your own risk. A fan who went to last night's show in Annapolis wrote us: "As the lights were dimmed, we were greeted with a disclaimer: Greg is fighting a throat infection, so please bear with him as he fights through it."

And the set list for the show reveals that Emerson and Lake played only 11 songs.

Then again, they were 37 minutes each ... —Michael Gallucci (follow me on Twitter @mgallucci)
